90-Day Free Returns and Exchanges

- You have 90 days from delivery to start a return or exchange

- We cover return shipping on eligible items.

How to Start

No emails needed—Loop will guide you, issue the label, and track status.

Eligibility

- Item must be unworn/unused, with tags, and in original packaging.

- Proof of purchase (order # or confirmation) required.

Damages/Issues

- If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, start the process in Loop

Exceptions (Non-returnable)

- Custom/personalized items.

- Gift cards.

- Items marked “Final Sale.”
(If an item was sold as final sale, it will be labeled as such on the product page/checkout.)

Exchanges

- Handle exchanges directly in Loop. You can swap sizes/colours or choose another item if available.

Refunds

- Once your return is received and approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

- Your bank/issuer may take additional time to post funds.

- If it’s been more than 15 business days since approval, check your status in Loop using your order details.

Important

  • Do not mail returns without a Loop authorization/label; unauthorized packages will not be accepted.
