No risk to you! At Stewart Leather, we believe in the quality of our products and aim to ensure your satisfaction. That’s why we offer a 90-day free returns policy for all eligible items.


90-Day Free Returns Policy

You have 90 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. We will cover the cost of return shipping, so you can shop confidently, knowing there’s no risk to you.

If your return is accepted, you will be refunded the full amount you paid for the item.


Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • Your item must be in the same condition you received it—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • You’ll need to provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at charles@stewartleather.store. If your return is approved:

  1. We’ll provide a pre-paid return shipping label along with instructions on how to send your package back.
  2. Returns should be sent to the following address:

Note: Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.


Damages and Issues

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at charles@stewartleather.store. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for returns, including:

  • Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).
  • Sale items or gift cards.

If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, feel free to reach out to us.


Exchanges

If you need to exchange your item, return the one you have using the process above, and once your return is approved, place a separate order for the new item.


Refund Process

After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved. If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process the refund.
