Lifetime Warranty Policy

At Stewart Leather, every product is built for long-term, hard use. We stand behind our materials and craftsmanship for the life of the product.

This Lifetime Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and for the purpose intended.

Covered failures include:

- Stitching failure

- Leather splitting or tearing due to craftsmanship defects

- Buckle or hardware failure not caused by misuse

- Verified workmanship errors

If a covered issue occurs, Stewart Leather will determine whether the item is repaired or replaced at no cost.

This warranty does not cover normal wear or damage caused by use, misuse, or external factors, including but not limited to:

- Scratches, scuffs, patina, or cosmetic changes

- Stretching over time

- Folding or deformation from normal wear

- Improper sizing or fit issues

- Cuts, burns, water damage, chemical damage

- Damage caused by pets

- Buckles, screws, or hardware loosening from regular use

- Abuse, neglect, or use outside the product’s intended purpose

This warranty is void if the product has been:

- Altered, re-punched, trimmed, or resized

- Repaired or modified by anyone other than Stewart Leather

- This warranty is transferable if the product is gifted or resold.

- Proof of purchase is required (order number or original order email).

To submit a warranty claim:

Claims without photos or proof of purchase will not be processed.

Stewart Leather reserves the right to deny any claim determined to be the result of misuse, abuse, or non-covered damage.

- Customers are responsible for shipping the product to Stewart Leather.

- Stewart Leather covers return shipping for approved claims.

- Any duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.

- Replacements will be the same model, or the closest current equivalent if the original is no longer available.

- No cash refunds are issued under this warranty.
